From a shared frustration to a global training institution
In 2022, a group of professionals — each with deep roots in corporate consulting, strategic management, and business operations across the Gulf — came together around a shared observation: the gap between what employers need and what the workforce is equipped to deliver had never been wider.
They had seen it from both sides. As consultants and decision-makers, they had watched organisations struggle to find talent with the right credentials.
